How much is Postage?

We charge £1.95 for orders up to £10.00, then £3.99 for orders up to £49.99. On orders over £50, delivery is completely free. Overseas orders please email me for postage costs.

If you live in Tisbury, Wiltshire, UK, then I will hand deliver your items for free. Please email me if you wish me to provide this service for you.

Do you post abroad?

I am happy to post any of my bags overseas. Please email me before ordering and I will willingly work out the postage costs for you.

How long does delivery take?

I will post all items first class and aim to dispatch them within 2 working days. If there is a difference to this I will contact you via the details you leave when paying. If you need an item by a particular date, please email me and I will do my best to help you.

Can you personalise items for me?

Yes, most items can be personalised, please email me for details.

Do you offer a bespoke service?

Yes, I can make bags in any style or colour. If there is a bag you like, but want a different colour, email me and I will try to help. I can also create a one-off bag from a sketch you have made, and am also happy to create a bag from your own fabric.

So in essence, anything you want but can't see, just email me and I will do my best to try to help you.
